Unmarked Sabatier 8” Nogent Chef Knife Carbon Steel 1970s-80s

Unmarked 1970’s-80’s carbon steel 8” chef knife with one piece Nogent style plastic handle.

This would have been an economical knife of it’s day, the handle is no-frills but the forged carbon steel blade has a nice medium thin hand ground.

Blade is just under 8” long, 1 1/2” wide at heel. 4.75 oz
