Unmarked Sabatier 10” Chef Knife Carbon Steel 1970s-80s

Unmarked 1970’s-80’s carbon steel 10” chef knife with one piece riveted plastic handle.

This would have been an economical knife of it’s day, the handle is no-frills but the forged carbon steel blade has a nice medium thin hand ground.

Blade is just under 10” long, 1 3/4” wide at heel. 7 oz
