Trade in gyuto in great overall condition with original packaging. The only significant note about this knife is that it's on it's last working bevel prior to needing to be thinned to expose more core steel near the heel. With a good amount of edge retention from the excellent heat treatment on Aogami 1, this knife should be useably sharp for many months if used responsibly.
