Trade In Kitaoka 180mm Deba Aogami 2 Octagonal Rosewood & Pakka

Moderately used 180mm deba made by Kitaoka in Takefu Japan with mild steel clad aogami 2 cutting edge. This knife has been used just enough to flatten the kireba but not super heavily, just enough to get the flattening out of the way for the next user. There are some very light pepperspots and shallow pits from light rust, but is otherwise in great working condition, ready to get back to work
