Sword & Shield 10.5” Chef Knife Carbon Steel 1960s
Vintage Sword & Shield 10.5” carbon steel chef knife made in Solingen Germany around the 1960’s.
This knife has the old hand forged after drop forged and hand ground construction with a solid wood handle. Blade has been sharpened in a little but is still very full, handle is also nice and secure with no cracks.
It needed a cleaning and sharpening and a refresh on the wood handle but it’s certainly ready to get to work.
10.5” long cutting edge, a little shy of 1 7/8” wide at heel 15 5/8” overall length 8 oz
