Picklestone Dashi and Tea Strainer Unit

Designed to accompany your Picklestone Jar, this comes with a lid made from Cherry Blossom Tree and a strainer made to be interchangeable with the pickling stone.

By putting in ingredients such as kombu, dried shiitake, katsuo (bonito) and dried sardines, you can cold-brew homemade dashi with little effort.
