Thiers Issard Sabatier 4 Star Elephant 9.75" Slicer Stainless 1960s 70s?

Sabatier Thiers Issard 4 Star Elephant cuisine massive / Nogent style 9.75" slicer with stainless steel blade, nickle ferrule and pear or walnut handle. 

Blade is very very full, it has been used but not much, it had a dull factory edge when found, it has a fresh edge now though.

No wiggle or cracks in handle. Blade cants to one side a tiny bit but is otherwise good to get back to work with a fresh edge. 

9.5" cutting edge. 14.5" overall length 3.6 oz
