Sabatier Thiers Issard 4 Star Elephant Canadian pattern 8" slicer with stainless steel blade, and aluminum riveted POM handle. This knife was hand ground, thin with small amount of flex.

Blade is very full, no wiggle or cracks in handle and is ready to get back to work with a fresh edge.
