Sabatier Lion 8” Chef Stainless Steel France 1980-90s

Barely used Sabatier Lion 8” stainless steel chef knife. Blade is very full, looked to have had a dulled factory edge. Handle has a few cracks which is common for the POM composite of this era. Otherwise this is in great shape and ready to get to work
