Vintage 1960's/70's era Sabatier Lion stainless 10" chef knife with newer custom made macasser ebony handle set with brass rivets and mosaic pin.
Hand forged after drop forged blade has been sharpened in a bit but is still very full, there are some little pepper spots on the blade but otherwise is in good shape.
9 7/8 cutting edge, 1 7/8" wide at heel
