New Old Stock 3 3/8" Bolstered Pruner Jack Carbon Steel & Cherry Maniago Italy 1950s-70s

New Old Stock 3 3/8" Bolstered Pruner Jack Carbon Steel & Cherry Maniago Italy 1950s-70s

Assorted new old stock 3 3/8" (closed length) hawksbill / pruner jack made in Maniago Italy roughly from the 1950s to 70s. These have a carbon steel blade, carbon steel liners, bolster and bail with cherry wood hafts. They have strong springs and a tight lockup, expect them to be stiff for a while as they mostly picked up a little rust in their joint. They are freshly oiled but a little cranky.

There are two nearly identical knives in this batch, the handle and bolster shape is a little different but blade and length is nearly identical.

These are from a batch of vintage Italian folders that were exposed to water, most were not salvagable but many were, some of these will have evidence of a small amount of previous water damage; small pepper spots, pits or darkening of handles.

These do not come sharpened, please specify if you would like a fresh edge.
