Masuda Yoshihide Kurozome 240mm Gyuto Aogami 1 Damascus Ebony with Black Buffalo Horn Handle

Forged and ground in Sanjo, Niigata by Masuda Yoshihide with hand-forged non-stainless suminagashi kurouchi cladding and aogami 1 core. 

These have quintessentially Sanjo generous proportions, a stout spine, and very tall heels. Really beautiful forging, grinding, and finish on these knives. We look forward to seeing more from this maker in the future.
