LF&C Universal 12" Light Chef Knife Carbon Steel Rosewood 1930s-60s USA

A lightweight chef knife made in the USA from approximately the 1930s to 60s by Landers Frary & Clark of New Britain Ct. with stamped carbon steel blade and rosewood handles riveted with large aluminum rivets

This knife had been sharpened in enough to warrant a bit of thinning on the face of the blade, it is thin behind the edge but with a good amount of convexity keeping it from being super thin.
