Vintage hand-forged after drop-forged carbon steel, Lamson chef knife with refurbished, thinned blade.
The handle on this one is in rough shape, it looks to have been possibly burned at one point on the left handle scale at the heel and has some cracks on the other side. Lamson made such great chef knives that I couldn't resist restoring it, but please note that the price reflects the handle condition.
