Joseph Wostenholm & Sons Sheffield (1813-1876) Shear Steel Carving Knife & Mis Matched Fork

Joseph Wostenholm & Sons Sheffield shear steel knife (1813-76) and mis-matched but similar fork.

Knife looks like later 19th c production and is the star of the show here, the fork is similar looking but of an inexpensive style bent wire guard construction. Shear steel was a great 19th c material and the blade is very full.
