J A Henckels 5.5” Stiff Narrow Boning Knife Carbon Steel Walnut 2 Rivets 1950s

Vintage / Antique J A Henckels carbon steel boning knife marked 5 1/2”. Blade has been thinned down with a belt sander at one point, the work was done very cleanly however. Handle is a European walnut that has a great smooth feel to it. Always a treat finding these old top shelf Henckels.
