J. A. Henckels chef knife made in the old style; hand ground and forged after initial drop forging with riveted European walnut handle.

This model 108-10” is a dream knife for many vintage knife fans for good reason, light and nimble but capable of getting a lot of work done. Easy to sharpen and with good edge life these are always nice to find.
