French Carving Set Silver & Carbon Steel Paris Acier Forge
French boxed carving set marked Paris on blade and Acier Forge on fork. Handles have French silver assay marks but I cannot decider which degree of fineness they are for; 1 for .920, 2 for .840 or 3 for .750
In any case they are in excellent barely used condition, the box shows way more wear than the knife and fork..
Knife has 7.5” blade and is 12.5” overall, carbon steel and silver, fork is 11” overall with plated carbon steel with silver handle.
