Bernal Cutlery Bread Lame

Pocket size bread lame made with walnut and brass, separate stainless steel razor blade.

Includes 5 razor blades for extended use. The brass hardware features a simple screw mechanism that secures the blade firmly in place. Turn the screw to lock the lame in the open position for scoring, or close it completely to hide the blade for safe storage and portability.
