Arashiyama #1000 Whetstone Medium Hard with Natural Grit

The Arashiyama 1000 is a medium hard stone made with mix of synthetic and natural grit. It is a versitile stone that works well on wear resistant stainless steels as well as wide or single bevels. It is faster and a little coarser with a slurry likewise it cuts slower with a slightly shallower (finer) scratch pattern with only water.
